Full Job Description
Currently seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our team with availability for 3 weekdays and alternating Saturdays. Preferred 4+ years of experience practicing outside of school/residency RESPONSIBILITIES: Clinical Leadership: Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience. Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice. Patient-Centric Approach: Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience. QUALIFICATIONS: DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing. Clinical Experience post-residency, required. Select positions open to new grads! Passionate commitment to patient care and unwavering ethical standards.
