Must Have

Law degree required, current license to practice in California or Washington State, Minimum of 5 years law firm or equivalent in-house experience, Demonstrated experience in international employment law

Superior writing and presentation skills, Superior communication and leadership skills

What You'll Do.

Provide expert advice on employment and labor law issues

Oversee employee form agreements

Conduct training across geographies

Supervise outside counsel

Liaise with local counsel

Ensure compliance and best practices

Draft and maintain employment related policies

Team & Collaboration

Working closely with internal stakeholders; Supporting the human resources team; Trusted business partner for numerous internal teams
