Must Have
7-10 years’ experience in hedge fund legal department or hedge fund practice of a law firm, Detailed knowledge of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Knowledge of investment advisory requirements pursuant to FCA, HK SFC, Knowledge of CPO requirements pursuant to CFTC and NFA, Proficiency with the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive of the EU, Proficiency with the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive of the UK, Proficiency with MIFID II, Proficiency with the Investment Company Act of 1940, Proficiency with the Securities Act of 1933, Proficiency with Delaware corporate laws, Proficiency with New York corporate laws, Proficiency with Delaware LLC laws, Proficiency with New York LLC laws, Proficiency with Delaware partnership laws, Proficiency with New York partnership laws, Knowledge of applicable sanctions and actions on investments, Understanding of third-party due diligence requirements
