Represent Foundation before legal forums
Represent Foundation before regulatory agencies
Represent Foundation before courts
Represent Foundation before arbitration
Provide direction for government reviews
Provide oversight for government reviews
Provide direction for investigations
Provide oversight for investigations
Facilitate use of outside counsel
Manage use of outside counsel
Coordinate legal operations
