ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a pragmatic, execution-oriented General Counsel to help build the legal and commercial foundation of Gimlet as we scale infrastructure deployments, strategic partnerships, financing activities, and enterprise customer relationships. This role will be a core strategic partner to the leadership team, helping navigate complex commercial negotiations involving multi-party deal structures, competing IP interests, infrastructure agreements, financing arrangements, and emerging AI regulatory frameworks. Many of Gimlet’s most important deals will involve three or more parties with layered commercial, technical, and ownership considerations, making this a defining challenge of the role.
