About the role: As our first internal General Counsel, you will be the architect of Certify’s global legal infrastructure during a hyper-growth phase. Reporting directly to the SVP of Finance, you will transition our legal operations from an outsourced model to a high-performing internal function. Your mission is to build the legal systems and discipline necessary to scale us for the future journey ahead. You are a hands-on leader who thrives in the "controlled chaos" of a Series B startup. You aren’t just reviewing contracts; you are institutionalizing the legal discipline required for our next stage of growth by managing the complexities of our US and India-based operations.
