Key Responsibilities Assess project scopes and create detailed, itemized bids based on home modification needs. Communicate professionally with clients, caregivers, and Jukebox Health representatives. Complete high-quality home modifications, including but not limited to: Grab bar and rail installations Walk-in shower and bathroom modifications Ramps and stairlifts Widening doorways Ensure compliance with state and local building codes and ADA guidelines when applicable. Maintain professionalism, reliability, and efficiency in completing projects on schedule. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Licensed and Insured Experience in home modifications or accessibility projects Ability to create clear, itemized bids and understand project costs Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation and own tools/equipment Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship Familiarity with ADA compliance and accessibility standards (preferred)
