In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. We are seeking someone who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to the organization's financial success in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. * Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. * Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. * Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. * Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis. * Assist in financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business improvement. * Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and financial reviews. * Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting requirements, and internal controls. * Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analyses to support management decision-making. * Continuously identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and financial reporting efficiency. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or a related finance role. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
