Must Have
Minimum of 3+ years' proven experience delivering instructor led training (preferably in technology platforms), Minimum 1 year experience delivering AI training
What You'll Do.
Deliver engaging GenAI training on our proprietary software applications
Deliver best in class instructor led training to support the deployment of GenAI technology across the organisation
Deliver regional and market level Ai training
Support program specific onboarding
Assist with change adoption in markets
Provide practical workflow coaching
Support rollout of new AI features
Ensure consistent training standards globally
Simplify complex software features into easily understandable concepts
Create a dynamic learning environment that promotes participant engagement
Provide support and follow-up to ensure participant competence
Facilitate learning and support in our online communities
Collaborate with the team to continuously improve training materials
