Must Have
5+ years in motion design, animation, or related creative field, Proven track record delivering motion graphics for global brands or agencies, Experience leading end-to-end video and animation production processes, Portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D/3D animation and visual storytelling, History of collaborating with multidisciplinary creative and marketing teams, Prior experience mentoring junior designers or creative team members, Experience working efficiently on tight deadlines and multiple projects
Nice to Have

Track motion design trends and recommend new creative approaches regularly
Ensure all content adheres to Brand branding and creative standards
Efficiently deliver multiple projects

Provide creative input at every project stage and present ideas
Manage end-to-end production of motion graphics and animated videos
