What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years program or project management experience, 3+ years defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps), SQL knowledge, Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams, Bachelor's degree
Nice to Have
3+ years driving end to end delivery, Communicating results to senior leadership, 3+ years driving process improvements, Experience in stakeholder management, Experience building processes, Project management experience, Schedule experience

Demonstrate ownership throughout project life cycle
Influence stakeholders through business meetings and site visits
Coordinate with vendors and contractors
Communicate project status and risk
Use internal and external software
Lead by example on site
