## _**Job Description:**_ Job Title: GEM Intern - Tel Aviv, Israel Corporate Title: Intern Department: Investment Bank, Global Emerging Markets (GEM) Location: Tel Aviv, Israel Overview: The Global Emerging Markets ("GEM") business covers a comprehensive EM product suite of FX, Rate and Credit from vanilla to complex products. It provides access to onshore & offshore markets via direct or electronic channels, as well as synthetic formats. In addition, it also provides financing solutions spanning capital markets, loans and asset-backed financing, from investment grade to distressed. The client base coverage spans the entire spectrum including sovereigns, quasi-sovereigns as well as global / local institutional and corporate clients. In Israel Deutsche Bank is a Primary Dealer in government bonds and provides liquidity across interest rate derivatives, FX, and markets more complex structured solutions to clients in Israel and abroad. As a GEM Intern you will be responsible for: 1.Assisting the GEM Israel team to analyse data from various fixed income trading platforms 2.Improve quoting capabilities across government bonds 3.Analysis of client flow trends in various fixed income markets 4.Reconcile settlement, clearing reports for Israel Gov't bond trading 5.General trade support functions and ad-hoc projects including internal and client presentations 6.Liaise with various internal functions in Israel and abroad Candidate requirements: To be successful in this role you will have: 1.Pursuing or completion of an undergraduate / Masters degree 2.Very strong quantitative skills (preferably in mathematics, econometrics) and a general product knowledge in fixed income products 3
