What You'll Do.
Lead the TAC organisation for the Routing Infrastructure Services products
Responsible for operational success
strategic alignment and integration of activities
Fully accountable for the success of the designated function across L3
Influences strategy and sets policy and direction
Lead and drive escalations within APJ and at global levels
Assumes responsibility for the successful implementation of business plans
Contributes to the overall strategic definition of a function
Acts as a key advisor to senior leadership management
Provides direct and ongoing strategic leadership for Routing organization of multiple managers and individual contributors
Creates strategic and tactical operations and resource plans
and costs for the organization
Engages with Service management teams
technical leaders and senior leadership teams
Manages senior relationships and escalated issues with partners and stakeholders
Identifies opportunities for and drives organizational initiatives and programs
Provides overall people-care management for direct reports
Identify and grow people talent required for short and long term company objectives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Engages with Service management teams, program managers, supply chain, technical leaders and senior leadership teams; Manages senior relationships and escalated issues with partners and stakeholders; Collaborates across Global Customer Supprot functions to deliver multidisciplinary technical support solutions; Typically interacts with high-level Individual Contributors, Managers, Directors, and VPs and SVPs for internal and external suppliers, partners, and customers; Cross-Functional Teamwork
