Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent, 10+ years experience, Deep expertise in Quoting & Pricing process architecture and capability design, Advanced Root Cause Analysis and Systemic Problem Resolution, Proven ability in Sustainable Solution Development for complex, cross-system environments, Exceptional analytical and critical thinking with a data-driven mindset, Excellent Cross-Team and Cross-Functional Collaboration, with the ability to influence without authority, experience partnering closely with IT and engineering teams on large-scale capability delivery, Seller- and Partner-centric mindset, with a focus on experience, productivity, and outcomes, Executive-ready communication and stakeholder management skills
What You'll Do.
Own the design and solutioning of end‑to‑end quoting and pricing processes for complex capabilities
Lead root‑level problem solving across quoting and pricing workflows
Apply advanced analytical thinking to deeply understand seller and partner journeys
Architect sustainable solution designs that balance process
Serve as a strategic partner to IT
working hand in hand to translate business and experience requirements into scalable system solutions
Influence and align cross‑functional stakeholders
Act as a domain expert in quoting and pricing
Drive continuous improvement by establishing clear success metrics
and refining capabilities
Mentor and guide other process and capability contributors
