Must Have
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years’ related experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 11 year’s higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 7 years’ related experience, Minimum of 2 years’ managerial experience, Proven experience negotiating legal contracts
Nice to Have
MBA (Master’s degree in Business Administration) or JD (Juris Doctor), Minimum of 10 years’ related experience, legal background
What You'll Do.
Managing Transaction Managers and deal volume
Developing and maintaining procedures and guidelines for the transaction management model and product expansion
Serving as a market presence for the business
Assisting Sales with business development initiatives and coordinating deal structures
Serving as internal liaison for all support groups
Attending to escalated client issues
Determining appropriate counsel for deals and contracts
Providing back-up support for Transaction Managers
Managing a team of Transaction Managers or Transaction Management Leaders
Adhering to Company’s risk and regulatory standards
policies and controls
maintaining and enhancing internal controls
Identifying risk-related issues needing escalation
Promoting an environment that supports belonging
Maintaining internal control standards
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Working with all support and operational groups; Assisting sales with client meetings; Facilitating calls and presentations with rating agencies; Serving as internal liaison for all support groups surrounding the CDSAS Product Expansion
