# ****Overview:**** Provides highly complex analytical, operational, and/or technical support at the business/department level within Global Capital Markets. ## ****Primary Responsibilities:**** * Develop and produce complex ad-hoc and automated departmental reports and spreadsheets, including but not limited to, project or product strategy analysis, profitability, historical reporting, work flow and financial analysis in support of the Global Capital Markets business. * Research and gather business and financial information regarding business results to support these activities. Complete moderately complex analyses to support business decisions. Provide feedback to management regarding results and make recommendations on findings to management. * Demonstrate a thorough and expert understanding of the Global Capital Markets business and its functions, processes and operations. Remain current on business and market trends that may affect the business/department. * Manage the planning, developing and implementing of various projects and initiatives within Global Capital Markets to achieve short and long-term business objectives. Develop project plans ensuring activities to be completed, estimated time frame and effort and other pertinent information are covered. Manage daily project activities. * May be involved in setting policy or developing and overseeing the implementation of procedures or controls related to compliance requirements within the overall business processes, directly or indirectly monitoring functions that, on a daily basis, ensure procedures and controls are functioning as designed, developing training for business line personnel regarding procedures and controls designed to ensure compliance with laws and/or regulations, completing or overseeing embedded compliance self-testing and/or managing examinations or audits involving regulatory matters and any resultant corrective actions. * Manage budget, profitability and other business reporting.
