Must Have
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in field, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field, Highly skilled proficiency in use of pertinent spreadsheets, graphing and presentation software, Working knowledge of financial models, Excellent knowledge of pertinent operating systems, Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite
Nice to Have
Advanced degree, Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the field, Minimum of 4 years’ banking or other relevant industry experience, Ability to work independently and function as a member of a project team, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent analytical ability, Creative problem-solving skills, Ability to function as a project leader
What You'll Do.
Develop and produce complex ad-hoc and automated departmental reports and spreadsheets
Research and gather business and financial information
Complete moderately complex analyses to support business decisions
developing and implementing of various projects and initiatives
Develop project plans
Manage daily project activities
May be involved in setting policy or developing and overseeing the implementation of procedures or controls related to compliance requirements
profitability and other business reporting
Analyze variances and report to management
Make recommendations on variances and methods to increase efficiency
Implement recommendations upon management approval
Define and participate in achievement of short and long-term business objectives
Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards
policies and controls
Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management
Maintain M&T internal control standards
Complete other related duties as assigned
