What You'll Do.

Oversees day-to-day activities

operations and concerns of the Department

Completes administrative and project assignments

Serve as main point of contact and liaison for sub-contractors

management and Bank personnel within an assigned Global Capital Markets (GCM) office in Europe

responding to questions and issues on Departmental matters in a timely manner

Complete a variety of activities involving administration of the assigned office

Ensure office is conducive to the conduct of business

Complete various administrative duties including

schedule coordination

new employee onboarding

and event/conference coordination

Certify and maintain necessary forms and documentation for all new business relationships with an assigned GCM office

presentations and reporting requested from management

Assist not only management

but other teams within the Department as required

Delegate tasks to available resources to ensure maximum efficiency

Receive Company invoices and process disbursements for billing approval and maintain financial expense records

Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards

and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite

Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management

Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand

Maintain M&T internal control standards

including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable

# ****Overview:**** Oversees day-to-day activities, operations and concerns of the Department. Completes administrative and project assignments, relieving management of many business as usual operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the Department. ## ****Primary Responsibilities:**** * Serve as main point of contact and liaison for sub-contractors, management and Bank personnel within an assigned Global Capital Markets (GCM) office in Europe, responding to questions and issues on Departmental matters in a timely manner. Complete a variety of activities involving administration of the assigned office. * Ensure office is conducive to the conduct of business, including onsite business of current and prospective customers; address and resolve any identified issues. * Complete various administrative duties including, but not limited to, schedule coordination, product ordering, corporate filing, travel arrangements, reception duties, new employee onboarding, and event/conference coordination. * Certify and maintain necessary forms and documentation for all new business relationships with an assigned GCM office. * Prepare documents, presentations and reporting requested from management. * Assist not only management, but other teams within the Department as required. * Delegate tasks to available resources to ensure maximum efficiency. * Receive Company invoices and process disbursements for billing approval and maintain financial expense records. * Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
