Must Have
Proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and leading improvements within your team or function, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, gaining buy in for new processes or ways of working, Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional change in a practical, people-focussed way, Project management skills with a track record of success, problem-solving skills using data, insight and structured processes
Nice to Have
Experience leading transformation initiatives (formal or informal), Practical understand of Lean, six sigma, agile, or other improvement methodologies
