Position – how you’ll contribute * Capture, analyze, and document business and product requirements * Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria * Work closely with Product, UX/UI, Backend and Mobile/Web Engineering teams * Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and scope management * Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and requirement clarification meetings * Contribute to functional specifications, process flows, and data mapping * Ensure product decisions align with business goals and user experience * Support test planning and verify feature readiness against requirements ## Qualifications Expectations – the experience you need * Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Web and/or Mobile product delivery * Strong understanding of UX flows, APIs, authentication/security, and data handling * Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and system interactions * Experience supporting
