Must Have
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Web and/or Mobile product delivery, understanding of UX flows, APIs, authentication/security, and data handling, Ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and system interactions, Experience supporting Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, Problem-solving mindset with a user-centric and product-driven approach, Ability to work with data models, process mapping, and requirements traceability, Skilled in backlog planning and facilitating cross-functional collaboration
Nice to Have
Ability to support QA with acceptance/test planning, Knowledge of mobile or web performance metrics, Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, serverless APIs), Experience working in large-scale platform transformation projects
