Effective Gatehouse operations play a vital role within the UK Operation, given the nature of our business and our commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Key Duties and Accountabilities will include * Ensuring that only authorised vehicles (DPD, Subcontractors and delivery vehicles) are given access and egress to the site * Communicating to other departments within the business with reference to vehicle movements * Physical checks of vehicle details and seals * Ensuring that all reported empty trailers arriving & departing are physically checked. * Ensuring that trailer locking systems are working effectively * Working as part of a team to deliver excellent gatehouse security and customer service. * Coordinating activiti
