What You'll Achieve.
Ensure consistency of fit across all collections; Uphold design intent across multiple sizes from 1st Fit through to PP Approval; Ensure SOPs are relevant or following up with partners on necessary updates; Improve the group process to cope with the increasing/heavy workload; Ensure our workflow can run seamlessly

Ability to evaluate garment construction and quality to identify possible risks; Provide alternative suggestions to eliminate risk; Act proactively by providing a concern and suggested solution; Responsible for solving and justifying any discrepancy on pattern/grading/YY that might be encountered by the vendors; Takes immediate action to resolve issues and problems
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma or above in Technical Design, Pattern Grading, or equivalent, Minimum 3 years or above relevant experience, Knowledge of fitting, pattern making, grading, construction, and testing in related production categories, Solid working knowledge of sewing and stitch properties and overall garment detail, Organized and detail-oriented, takes immediate action to resolve issues and problems, Calibrated mindset which builds good working relationships and leads to team building, Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively across the team and organization, Knowledge of live model garment fitting and the ability to instruct a vendor on the garment manufacturability, Knowledge of the Lectra system, Knowledge of PLM systems, MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook), Fluency in English
What You'll Do.
Own technical development of allocated styles
and document clear directional fitting comments in Centric
Evaluate garment construction and quality to identify possible risks and testing required
Responsible for upholding design intent across multiple sizes from 1st Fit through to PP Approval
Work closely with Hub sourcing and vendor to manage sample T&A
Follow and assess yearly SOP set in place internally and externally
Lead vendor accreditation training for PP and Fit Approval
Responsible for identifying programs/style
and or Fit Approval to the vendor
Build relationships with our vendors and cross-functional partners
Lead and participate in communication with cross-functional teams
Participate in projects to create and define new SOPs and best practices
Responsible for solving and justifying any discrepancy on pattern/grading/YY that might be encountered by the vendors
Build up libraries/paper pattern matching records to improve the group process
Guide hubs and vendors to ensure our workflow can run seamlessly
Utilize computer knowledge to make an effective way to perform a variety of tasks in the system
