Supporting the drive to position ASOS globally as a leading Fashion brand through garment development, trend adaptation & sustainability initiatives. * Managing the critical path from end to end. * Working closely with factories, garment manufacturers, and suppliers to negotiate the best prices, delivery lead times, and quality standards. * Coordinating with buying and design teams to organize buying trips in collaboration with suppliers. * Ensuring product quality and working with the technical team by reviewing fits, workmanship, and fabric performance, taking proactive measures to solve production issues for ontime shipment. * Supporting and offering ideas for new production processes & best practices aligned with ASOS’s Commercial Strategy and Sustainability goals. * Researching & presenting regular trend updates, sourcing new manufacturing techniques, trims, and embellishments as appropriate ahead of the season. * Collaborating with the Sustainability and Ethical Teams to work towards the targets and maintain full transparency of production origins. ## Qualifications Who we'd like to meet... * Experience in garment manufacturing, sourcing, or production, preferably in a multi-product supplier or at a retailer (buying, merchandising, or product development). * Strong ability to present ideas, trends, or reports effectively to stakeholders. * Excellent organizational and negotiation skills with experience managing multiple suppliers. * Good knowle
