What We Offer Full-time schedule: 40+ hours per week Typical work week: 45–50 hours Paid overtime (1.5x) Hands-on training program (3–5 months) Clear path for career advancement Earning potential after training: $50,000–$90,000+ per year Responsibilities Install custom garage door components Perform residential garage door and opener repairs Operate a scissor lift (training PTO; holidays; 401(k) plan with matching.
