You Will: Optimize and integrate gaming campaigns to deliver on clients’ goals to help them boost revenue and engagement by retargeting active or lapsed payers and drive incremental conversions with use of various industry specific tech tools, measurement, attribution, and analytics partnerships Be the technical expert, ready to provide solutions, devise strategies to solve complex problems coming from the clients, and build internal technical subject knowledge Daily contact with and advisory for the commercial as well as traffic, creative and other internal teams to come up with solutions to an array of different problems Help improve clients advertising strategy and provide relevant retargeting recommendations Constantly develop industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with the digital advertising trends (with particular focus on the mobile gaming advertising environment) Supervise the creation of advertising materials like dynamic ad banners, etc. Adjust campaign parameters and test how your changes influence performance results Work closely with account managers to ensure high standards of timely customer service Propose solutions for new relevant tools and processes development Desired Experience: Experience in ad tech mobile gaming growth advertising industry, esp. in-app gaming performance retargeting an
