What are you working on? - Genres: Puzzle, Casual, Word Games - Platforms: Mobile, iOS, Android For which tasks (responsibilities)? - Lead development team and ensure the successful delivery of projects within AI-driven development pipelines - Conduct market research - Analyze product metrics - Based on this analysis, formulate product hypotheses and implement them together with the team What kind of professional are we looking for? - Solid and successful experience in mobile gamedev as a Senior/Lead Game Designer, Producer/Product Manager; casual/puzzle games development is a plus - Experience working with a variety of AI tools and technologies, along with a strong interest in continuously developing expertise in the AI field. - Solid knowledge of mobile games trends and features - Solid knowledge of game/product design - Strong analytical skills - Exceptional organizational and work structuring skills - Ability to analyze the market - Knowledge of monetization trends - English proficiency at B1 level or higher - Russian fluent What are the conditions and bonuses?
