Based in Yogyakarta, we work in a hybrid setup that balances collaboration and flexibility. We're a close-knit team in one of Indonesia's most livable cities, a cultural and arts hub with an inspiring, creative energy and a quality of life that's hard to match As a trusted co-development partner, we contribute to projects like Disney Dreamlight Valley Apple Arcade and manage the SongPop franchise, building high-quality games for a global audience. What is this role all about? Gameloft Indonesia is on an upward trajectory, earning trust with HQ through the quality of what we ship. As Lead Game Designer, you sit at the center of that shift. You don’t just manage a team. You mold and shape it into a design organization, defining how game design works across the studio, from how ideas are created to how they scale into published live products You won’t just manage a team, you will shape and elevate it into a true design organization, defining how game design operates across the studio, from idea creation to scaling into shipped products. This is a leadership role with real weight: creative, organizational, and strategic, with the expectation that you stay close enough to the craft to shape decisions directly. What will you do? * Set the bar for gameplay, UX, balancing, and player experience, and ensure every project moves toward it. * You don’t inherit a finished team, you
