Experience as a Chief Accountant in a group of companies with consolidated reports, Knowledge of financial accounting, tax accounting, consolidation, and EU/state project accounting requirements, Experience in ERP systems, Strong digital skills, Analytical and critical thinking, Ability to lead, Fluent communication in Latvian and English

What You'll Do.
Manage full-cycle accounting for a group of companies

Develop accounting processes
Initiate ERP system improvements and automation
Act as a strategic partner in budgeting
financial forecasting
Lead and develop the accounting team (2 employees)
Represent the company in communication with VID
and other institutions
