What You'll Do.

Greet clients and visitors

Answer questions about art

Represent gallery as first point-of-contact

Create pleasant and memorable experience

Liaise with Sales team

Maintain pristine appearance of front desk

Keep exhibition materials stocked

Prepare materials for client viewings

Prepare materials for client book mailings

Field and direct incoming phone calls

Prepare and update price lists

Manage gallery calendars

Manage staff calendars

Manage internal resource documents

Manage shipping and receiving

Maintain office supply inventories

Maintain kitchen supply inventories

Assist Sales team with contact database maintenance

Assist Sales team with exhibition preparation

Assist Sales team with additional projects

Support Sales Team administratively

Book restaurant reservations

Book hotel reservations

Assist as concierge for visiting artists

Assist as concierge for visiting staff
