Consider an exciting and rewarding career with us and join the more than 7,000 elected officials and employees who make up our workforce and help us ensure that justice is administrated without favor, denial, or delay. **Description of Work** SALARY RANGE: $48,243.00 - $73,617.00 Serves as the primary point of contact for the Guardian ad Litem program with potential volunteers and community. Provides administrative and office management support to the District Administrator and Program Supervisor staff in a Guardian ad Litem district program. Actively participates in district volunteer recruitment, screening and processing incoming volunteer inquiries, maintains client and program records, logs and compiles data, prepares statistical reports, prepares and maintains legal documents, maintains court calendar of incoming cases and case reviews, and notifies appropriate parties of the same. Assigns cases to and supervises volunteers; recruits, orients, and trains new volunteers; guides volunteers in case preparation and serves as liaison with program attorneys. Performs GAL supervisor duties less than 20 hours per week. **Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences** Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Respond to inquiries from potential volunteers.
