What You'll Do.
Support media plan development across traditional channels
Translate client objectives into media recommendations
market and competitor research
Build media schedules and planning documents
Gather costs and availability from media owners
Prepare client presentations and recommendations
Ensure media plans are delivered accurately and on time
Use audience data to understand consumer behaviour
Support target audience profiling
Monitor competitor activity and media trends
Identify effective channels and placements
Contribute insights during planning discussions
Coordinate campaign timelines and asset delivery
Liaise with media owners for campaign administration
Monitor campaign delivery and flag issues
Maintain campaign documentation and trackers
Support campaign reporting and analysis
Track KPIs such as reach and frequency
Produce campaign summaries and client reports
Use learnings to support future planning
Contribute to testing and optimisation discussions
Build relationships with clients and internal teams
Participate in client meetings and calls
Work collaboratively with strategy and creative teams
Demonstrate communication and organisational skills
Support senior planners with account management
Develop understanding of media pricing and budgeting
Stay informed on media trends and consumer behaviour
Contribute ideas for campaign effectiveness

Working closely with senior account leads, planning teams and media specialists, you will help shape media recommendations that balance brand awareness, audience reach and commercial performance. You will contribute to the planning, coordination and optimisation of campaigns across channels such as TV, radio, print, out-of-home (OOH), cinema and audio, while also collaborating with digital and performance teams where required.
