What You'll Do.
Serve as first point of contact for visitors
Manage visitor access badges
Handle company phone calls and emails
Manage incoming/outgoing courier and mail services
Coordinate reservations for meeting rooms
Ensure meeting spaces are well maintained
Manage office supplies and inventory
Assist in organizing company events
Support company-wide communications
Manage office parking permits
Issue employee ID cards
Support visa application processes
Prepare and issue invitation letters
Coordinate local arrangements for global guests
Ensure business travel activities align with policies
