What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Current 3rd – 4th year students or fresh-graduates from Information Technology/ Computer Science/ AI/Economics or related majors, Available to work full time from June to August, Minimum cumulative GPA of 7.0/10 or equivalent, Good written (in both Vietnamese and English) and verbal skills to communicate transparently between IT and non-IT departments, Good analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze business need and identify issue
Nice to Have
Having knowledge of business modelling, diagramming and UX/UI is a plus
What You'll Do.
Support in the development of ideas
projects and strategies for the company
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders on how to improve processes and maximize our efficiency
Create simple AI user guides (quick tips
and basic training materials) for non-technical users
Research industry trends
and best practices for AI in business
Identify repetitive/manual work and suggest simple automation ideas to improve productivity
and improve prompts for common tasks (docs
emails) with team guidance
Support Responsible AI / data governance work (fill templates
and map controls) under guidance
Track key IT compliance/regulatory updates and summarize what matters to the team
Be involved in project phases from business requirement to business requirement to system implementation as business analyst role
Perform system testing for projects of applying new technologies into business process
Document system requirement based on business illustrate system visualization (UI) by available tools
Design and execute test cases
and UAT support testing
and verify bugs using defect management tools
and integration flows
Verify fixes and perform re-testing
Ensure quality across different environments
