Responsibilities Leading and working alongside a team of skilled Firmware Developers and QA Engineers to build applications for IT products, including web and mobile platforms that run on UniFi. Coordinate with other teams like HW, SW, UX, Support team throughout the project lifecycle Assigning tasks, setting priorities, allocating resources, and ensuring high-quality output. Monitoring the quality and execution of the project. Negotiating with stakeholders and other parties involved in the project. Requirement Over 7 years of experience in Software Development roles and minimum 5 years of experience in Software Product or Project Management roles. Familiarity with the software development life cycle and testing processes. Experience in analyzing information and making data driven decisions. Professional interest in IT products and emerging technologies. Excellent negotiation skills. Proven experience in problem-solving and data analysis. Highly proficient in English (written and spoken). Nice to have Experienced in project management for embedded firmware projects like power infrastructure, such as Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), PDUs, Redundant Power Supplies (RPS), Smart Meters and Powerwall.
