What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 15 years of experience in financial institutions, with exposure to wholesale operations., Proven leadership experience managing large teams (50 +), including middle‑management layers., Deep operational knowledge in SWIFT standards and processes within Cash Management, Trade Finance, or Loans., understanding of testing methodologies, test management life cycles, quality assurance, and readiness frameworks., Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to diagnose root causes beyond surface symptoms., verbal and written communication capabilities, including stakeholder engagement and senior‑level presentations., Demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive issues to closure, and influence outcomes across diverse teams and geographies., Mature leadership qualities with judgement, resilience, and a collaborative working style.
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s advanced certifications in project management, testing, or process improvement are advantageous.
What You'll Do.

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Head Office on project planning, capacity management, quality assurance, and productivity management.; Drive ongoing alignment with senior stakeholders from Head Office to ensure smooth implementation and operational readiness.; Chair monthly service review meetings with Head Office to present productivity, quality, risk, and people metrics.; Demonstrated ability to take ownership, drive issues to closure, and influence outcomes across diverse teams and geographies.; Mature leadership qualities with judgement, resilience, and a collaborative working style.
