Gemology Leadership Our Gemology Leaders oversee procurement, supply chain, and vendor management within our gemstone departments, building relationships with partners who share Brilliant Earth's commitment to responsible sourcing. In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing team and work cross-functionally to deliver excellence at every step of the customer journey. Senior Staff Gemologist Our Senior Staff Gemologists are responsible for gemstone and estate jewelry review, tracking, and cataloging at the highest level of expertise. In this role, you will review and problem solve VIP and high-value orders, evaluate stones from customers and showrooms, coordinate with domestic and international suppliers, and partner with sales, customer service, and the design team to source special order gemstones and diamonds — bringing exceptional attention to detail and a solutions-oriented mindset to every step of the process.
