Eligibility Requirements

Requires a U. S. Person, Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation, Rotating Shift Structure: 4-on/4-off rotation, Rotating day/night shift every 6 weeks, 12-hour shifts, Built-in, guaranteed overtime, “Free” hours on non-overtime weeks, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations

Must Have

HS diploma or GED, Experience using hand tools

Nice to Have

Manufacturing or similar industry related experience, Experience with inventory control, Ability to prioritize tasks under constantly changing conditions where ingenuity and judgment are required.

What You'll Do.

core production processes in the manufacturing of carbon-carbon composite brake components and other key industry technology

carbon vapor deposition process

preventative maintenance

and monitoring of industrial high temperature furnaces

operating these furnaces

maneuvering high-capacity cranes

operating various other pieces of equipment

supporting and troubleshooting automated robots

performing complex physical tasks

uphold process integrity

ensure quality standards are met throughout all furnace operations

adhere to Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) regulations

proactively identify and address safety hazards

follow standard operating procedures to uphold safety protocols and ensure product quality

utilize basic to intermediate computer skills for data entry and process monitoring

conduct furnace readings

and oversee process flow to maintain optimal operation

perform equipment preventative maintenance as directed

promptly report any mechanical or safety concerns to supervisors
