Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Nice to Have
Previous customer service and/or sales experience, Ability and willingness to learn MS Office suite and databases
What You'll Do.
Provide clerical and administrative assistance
Meet the general public
Answer questions and provide information
Answer phones courteously and politely
memorial and other services or
Attend monthly staff meetings
Prepare floral arrangements
Ensure proper care and storage of items
Prepare documents related to services
Assist with preparation of remains
Perform office duties
Deliver floral arrangements
Pick up supplies and documents
Perform transportation requirements
Drive Funeral Home vehicles
Ensure refreshments are available
Assist with visitations
Assist with memorial services
Assist with funeral services
Perform visitation and chapel set up
Perform dressing and casketing remains
Deliver family items and flowers
Greet and receive client families
Provide information and assistance
Accommodate family needs during service/visitation
Wash funeral home vehicles
Clean funeral home vehicles
Clean client vehicles
