What You'll Do.

Provide clerical and administrative assistance

Meet the general public

Answer questions and provide information

Answer phones courteously and politely

memorial and other services

Attend monthly staff meetings

Deliver and set up floral arrangements

Ensure proper care and storage of items

Prepare documents related to services

Assist with respectful preparation of remains

Dress and lift deceased

Perform office duties

Operate multiline phone system

Operate debit card machine

Operate postage meter and scale

Operate stereo/video system

Deliver floral arrangements

Pick up supplies and documents

Perform transportation requirements

Drive Funeral Home vehicles

Ensure refreshments are available

Assist with visitations

Assist with memorial services

Assist with funeral services

Perform visitation and chapel set up

Dress and casket remains

Deliver family items and flowers

Greet and receive client families

Assist persons entering the office

Accommodate family needs during a service

Accommodate family needs during a visitation

Wash and clean funeral home vehicles

Clean other client vehicles
