What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school diploma or equivalent, Funeral Director license, Five (5) years’ industry experience, Two (2) years’ experience guiding staff, Ability to work evenings and weekends, Proficient in MS Office suite, Professional interpersonal skills, Cognitive Ability, Process and results oriented, Ability to create clear presentations, Professional written and verbal communication skills, Proficient working knowledge of HMIS, Proficient working knowledge of InfoPort, Proficient working knowledge of CarePoint, Proficient MS Office Suite skills, Ability to work nights and weekends

Nice to Have

Technical diploma in Funeral Services, Bachelor’s degree in Mortuary Science, Prior experience managing people, Budgeting and expense control experience
