Facilitate Arrangements Conference

Summarize desired outcomes

Discuss life insurance

Promote funeral services

Present cemetery property

Review contract revisions

Confirm authorization for service

Serve as Master of Ceremonies

Adjust casket dressing

Communicate concerns to preparation staff

Inspect Services Arrangements

Initiate corrective action

Provide instruction to services team

Fulfill death care requests

Obtain leads for pre-need services

Create electronic presentations

Create on-line memorials

Identify property in need of repair

Deliver family memorabilia
