What You'll Do.
Prepare casket and deceased for visitation
Assist with lifting deceased
Prepare rooms for services
Greet visitors and provide programs
Drive families to cemetery site
Remove and clean company property
Package and deliver family mementos
Answer phones and screen callers
Take 'first call' information
Notify staff of appointments
Escort guests to appropriate room
Maintain reception area and refreshments
Make coffee and dispose of trash
or vacuum reception area
Review documents for accuracy
Enter document data into systems
Prepare memorial materials
Perform mailroom tasks
Transport deceased to funeral home
Wash and vacuum vehicles
Clean vehicles to ensure presentability
Fuel vehicles following guidelines
