As a Funds Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding of Funds and leading key business initiatives: What you'll do: * Lead the preparation of fee proposals and RFP submissions for funds across real estate, private equity, debt, and infrastructure asset classes. * Coordinate the complete client onboarding process, including AML/KYC analysis, compliance approvals, bank account opening, service agreement preparation, legal document review, and regulatory filings until handover to operational teams. * Manage stakeholder communication and collaboration across internal and external parties, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of any blocking points. * Oversee team performance through coaching, daily work management, and mentoring to ensure consistent delivery and professional development. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Team, whilst handling and escalating client complaints to ensure satisfaction and retention.
