This role assists with donor relations, fundraising campaigns, communications, events, grant support, sponsorship activities, and database management while helping to build strong relationships with community partners, donors, volunteers, and stakeholders. **HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT** 🎯 * Support fundraising strategies, donor engagement initiatives, events, and partnership activities. * Coordinate, organize and administer support for social media, marketing and communications. * Provide administrative and operational support to the fundraising team, including scheduling, correspondence, tracking, and coordination. * Coordinate donor correspondence and relations and stewardship activities, including acknowledgments, personalized communications, thank you letters and follow-ups. * Prepare donor and grant profiles, proposals, reports, meeting packages, and other fundraising materials. * Conduct donor, grant, and community research using appropriate databases, the internet and other research tools to identify funding and engagement opportunities. * Maintain accurate donor records, including data entry, reporting, and information management. * Serve as an ambassador by attending events in the community when requested to share the organization’s mission impact and enc
