Full Job Description

**Core Responsibilities** * Oversees and reviews tax filing processes related to mutual funds, trusts, etc. Responds to audit inquiries. * Monitors cross-border taxation and international tax compliance processes. Provides responses regarding international tax audits. * Reviews and oversees research and analyses or mergers and acquisitions. Evaluates tax impacts and provides recommendations to management. Provides direction on advice and guidance communicated to the business related to . * Supports the development of tax strategies in building out and improving upon services. * Monitors for legislative and regulatory developments and complies with domestic and international taxation, tax laws, and regulations affecting global investments of Vanguard products. Attends industry and vendor conferences to stay abreast of changes and industry impact. * Contributes to the development and growth of less experience crew members, provides technical guidance and on-the-job training as needed. * Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** * Minimum of five years related work experience. * Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
