What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience in the mutual fund or securities industry, Minimum of 0-2+ years related experience, Experience working in an environment where production, controls, and daily deadlines are required, Attention to detail, Ability to multi-task, Solid analytical, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills, Willingness to take initiative/self-starter
Nice to Have
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and Regulation S-X is desirable, Demonstrated computer proficiency, working knowledge of FundSuite, experience using Microsoft Office software applications is preferred
What You'll Do.
Perform financial reporting work with respect to assigned mutual funds
Review financial reporting audit proofs provided by the custodian
Incorporate custodian information into fund financial statements
Prepare financial statements for shareholder reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
Prepare and/or review other required shareholder communications such as prospectus and SAI
Prepare and/or review regulatory reports such as Form N-Port
Form N-CEN and Form 24f-2
Update and document procedures
Interpret and execute departmental/company policies
Solve recurring day-to-day problems with teams
processes or workflows
Ensure assigned funds’ deadlines are met
Provide coverage for absent team members and during busy periods
Prepare the portfolio of investments
and footnotes included in shareholder reports
Prepare the financial reporting information for the prospectus and SAI
Review the prospectus and SAI documents
Prepare Form 24f-2 filings
Review Forms N-PORT and N-CEN
Facilitate responses to auditor questions
comments and audit issues
Facilitate responses to questions and comments from management and other interested parties
Responsible for on-the-job training of Associate Analysts

Reviews the financial reporting audit proofs provided by the custodian and incorporates such information into the financial statements of the funds. Prepares financial statements for shareholder reports in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Prepares and/or reviews other required shareholder communications such as prospectus and SAI as well as regulatory reports such as Form N-Port, Form N-CEN and Form 24f-2. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Applies specialized knowledge with respect to assigned mutual funds. Works on more complex funds. * Works independently on the core, routine day-to-day activities. * Assists management with review of Associate Analysts work. * Assist in leading a small stream within a project and/or contribute to larger projects/cross functional teams * Updates and documents procedures as required.
