For more than 30 years Vanguard Australia has been supporting individual investors, financial advisers, and superannuation members to achieve their long-term financial goals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Act as an expert supporting the accuracy of Fixed Income instrument, Index Funds, security, holdings, liquidity, and cash balances data across assigned portfolios. * Collaborate directly & Cultivate relationship with Fixed Income portfolio managers on daily support, implementation of complex portfolio events, provide operational insights and risk considerations. * Cultivates and maintains strong strategic relationships with other key stakeholders. Partners across the locally and globally to resolve operational and service issues. * Perform complex reconciliations and root cause analysis of data discrepancies; implement short-term resolutions and suggest long-term improvements. * Proactively identify and implement enhancements to workflows and procedures; lead initiatives to integrate or optimize systems and tools. * Consult on operational readiness for new products or large portfolio events, lead implementation of complex corporate actions and trading strategies. * Maintain strong industry-wide knowledge of the investment data management and investment operations landscape. * Participate in documentation efforts and contribute to special projects with global impact **Qualifications** * 5+ years of
