What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Relevant degree in Business, Real Estate, Accountancy or Economics, Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience within Real Estate Private Equity or Fund Management, Advanced financial modelling skills
Nice to Have
Exposure to the logistics/industrial sector is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Support all direct acquisition and divestment activities from the funds/ventures
Support fund-level decision making through budgeting
forecasting and sensitivity analysis
Support the growth of the ESR’s fund management business with a primary focus on logistics investments in Vietnam and Singapore markets
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaise with investors on operation and fund matters; Assist in preparation of investor, board and management updates on regular basis; Ability to interact with colleagues; Ability to work within a team environment
