Must Have
8+ years’ experience working in a hedge fund administration firm, 2 years in a managerial role
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Advent Geneva, Knowledge of different asset types, such as ABS, CFD, loans and bonds
What You'll Do.
Accounting and reporting functions for fund structures
Review quarterly and ad hoc deliverables
Serve as primary operational contact for clients
Plan and provide coaching and training
Ensure new processes are documented
Review and update fund procedures
Cover operations of all funds
Work on projects / ad hoc tasks
Review processes for operational risks
Ensure smooth delivery of fund audits
auditor and draft accounts
Review key areas of fund legal documents
